Neurabit Auto Detailing opened in Sungai Petani in 2018. We’re still small on purpose — two workshop bays, three people, and a deliberately short menu so each job is done the way it should be.
Built around what we wished existed.
Before Neurabit, the founder spent seven years working at high-volume car wash franchises across northern Malaysia. The story was always the same: too many cars in the queue, not enough time per bay, and a finish quality that depended on whoever happened to be on shift. After enough swirl marks and rushed coatings, the only solution was to build the kind of studio he’d want to take his own car to.
That meant fewer bays, a fixed time per booking, named staff per job, and a price list with no surprises. Seven years on, the formula still holds: about 70% of our work each month comes from owners we’ve detailed for before, or from referrals they sent us.
From the time you call to the time you collect.
Pick your service and a bay slot. We confirm by WhatsApp with the time, the price, and what to do with the keys.
When the car arrives, we walk around it with you, note existing damage, and confirm what we’re doing today.
One named detailer is assigned. You’re welcome to wait in the customer lounge or come back at the time we agreed.
We inspect under multiple light sources before handing over — halogen, LED, and (for ceramic jobs) outside in sunlight.
For coatings and corrections you leave with a printed care sheet, plus a free top-up wash in the first month.
Things that keep our standards honest.
A short list of the boundaries that keep the studio working the way it should.
No conveyor washes.
Every car is washed by hand with two buckets, fresh microfibers per panel, and a controlled drying technique.
No double-booking a bay.
If your slot is at 10:00, the bay is empty and prepared at 10:00. We’d rather turn work away than rush yours.
No "spray-and-pray" coatings.
Ceramic coatings only go on after measured paint correction, in a dust-controlled bay, with the cure time the manufacturer specifies.
No commission pressure.
Our staff aren’t paid commission on add-ons. If we suggest something extra, it’s because your car needs it.
