1. Who you’re dealing with

All services on this site are provided by Neurabit Auto Detailing Sdn Bhd, Registration No. 1452687-W, with workshop and registered office at Lot 27 Jalan Industri Bakar Arang, Sungai Petani 08000, Kedah, Malaysia.

2. Bookings

Bookings are confirmed by WhatsApp or email once we’ve agreed a date, service and price. For coating jobs and Concours packages we ask for a 30% non-refundable deposit to lock the bay time and product allocation; the balance is due on collection. For all other services, full payment is on collection.

If you need to reschedule, give us at least 24 hours notice and we’ll move your slot at no charge. Cancellations within 24 hours forfeit any deposit paid.

3. Vehicle hand-over and condition

When you drop off a vehicle, we will walk around it with you and note any existing damage, paint defects, missing trim, dashboard warning lights, or operational quirks (e.g. faulty central locking). We will not be liable for damage that pre-existed our note. Please remove valuables from the cabin and boot before hand-over.

4. What our work covers

Each booking covers the agreed scope of service on the listed price sheet or our written quote. Add-ons identified during the work will be quoted and confirmed before we proceed. We will not undertake unrelated mechanical repairs.

5. Warranty

Ceramic coatings come with a written warranty card valid for the tier purchased (3, 5 or 7 years), subject to a yearly maintenance check at the studio. Other services carry a same-week rework guarantee — if a fault in our workmanship appears within 7 days, bring the car back and we will fix it at no cost. Warranties do not cover damage caused by collision, third-party touch-ups, automated car washes, or chemical contact outside of normal driving conditions.

6. Liability

Our maximum liability under these terms is limited to the value of the service paid for. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or economic loss (including loss of use of the vehicle) except where Malaysian law makes such exclusion ineffective.

7. Use of this website

The text, layout, photos and code on this site are owned by Neurabit Auto Detailing Sdn Bhd and may not be copied or republished without written permission. You may share links to individual pages freely.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
