1. Who we are

This website is operated by Neurabit Auto Detailing Sdn Bhd (Reg. No. 1452687-W), a private limited company registered in Malaysia. Our workshop and registered office is at Lot 27 Jalan Industri Bakar Arang, Sungai Petani 08000, Kedah. For any privacy-related question, write to [email protected].

2. The information we collect

We only collect personal data that you actively give us by submitting the contact and booking form on this site, by calling our workshop number, by sending us a WhatsApp, or by handing your vehicle in for service. This typically includes your name, phone number, email address, the make and model of your vehicle, and any notes you choose to share about the car.

We do not run any third-party advertising tracker on this site. Limited anonymous server logs are kept for security and capacity monitoring — these contain IP address, browser user agent, and request timestamps, and are retained for no more than 30 days.

3. Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and confirm a booking slot
• To produce an invoice or warranty card for work carried out
• To send you scheduled service reminders (only if you explicitly opt in)
• To handle warranty claims for coatings or other work

4. Sharing

We do not sell, rent or trade personal data. We only share it with third parties when legally compelled (e.g. tax authority or court order), or with a service provider strictly necessary to deliver the service you booked (for example, the coating manufacturer for warranty registration).

5. Storage and security

Contact form messages are stored on encrypted business email accounts hosted in the European Union and Singapore. Booking and warranty records are kept on encrypted internal systems accessible only to authorised studio staff. We retain enquiry data for up to 24 months after last contact; warranty records for the full duration of the warranty plus 12 months.

6. Your rights under PDPA

Under the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act 2010, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to ask us to correct or update it, and to ask us to delete it. Send any such request to [email protected] from the email address you used to contact us. We will respond within 21 days.

7. Cookies

This site uses only essential cookies (session ID for CSRF protection and the cookie-consent state). We do not load analytics, advertising or social media third-party scripts. See the Cookie Policy for the technical detail.

8. Changes to this policy

If we materially change this policy, we will update the date at the top of the page and post a short note on the homepage for one month.
